The Town Council will enter Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation related to federal grant conditions since a discussion in open session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town and Town Council; and The Town Council will enter Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(2) to conduct a strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel, specifically, Mark Ells, the Town Manager, and/or to conduct contract negotiations with Mr. Ells.
