03:39Ann B. Condon applied for and was granted a Comprehensive Permit under Chapter 40B of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in accordance with Article II of Chapter Nine of the Code of the Town of Barnstable. Ann B. Condon no longer owns the property so therefore Comprehensive Permit No. 2004-025 must be rescinded. The subject property is addressed as 7 Woodvale Lane, Centerville, MA as shown on Assessor’s Map 190 as Parcel 175. It is zoned Residence C (RC).
