01:01Edmund J. and Helen F. Hussey applied for and was granted a Comprehensive Permit under Chapter 40B of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in accordance with Article II of Chapter Nine of the Code of the Town of Barnstable. Edmund J. and Helen F. Hussey are no longer participating in the Program as the dwelling has been sold so therefore Comprehensive Permit No. 2006-108 must be rescinded. The subject property is addressed as 5 Snow Creek Drive, Hyannis as shown on Assessor’s Map 307 as Parcel 229. It is zoned Residence B (RB).
