New Special One Day All Alcohol & Entertainment License An application has been filed Fraternal Lodge AF & AM, 1989 Falmouth Road, Centerville, to hold Brazilian Day, a member drive, on August 18, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Alcohol will be poured by TIPS certified individuals (on file). Entertainment to include a live amplified band. This application is still pending approval by the Site Plan Review Committee. The result of that meeting may affect the ability of the Licensing Authority to act on this application

Cape Cod Beer is pending review of the outdoor dining expansion by the Site Plan Review Committee on July 23, 2024. Should the plan be approved by the committee, the Licensing Authority will be charged with acting on item 5A below and item 5B will be withdrawn by the applicant. Should the Site Plan Review Committee find that there are items that need to be addressed prior to moving forward with the permanent change to the outdoor dining plan, the Licensing Authority will be asked to consider acting on item 5B and continue item 5A to a date uncertain. 5A.
