This meeting of the Board of Health is being recorded and broadcast on the Town of Barnstable’s Government Access Channel. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 20, the Chair must inquire whether anyone else is recording this meeting and, if so, to please make their presence known.

Michael Kenny representing, Charles Tuttle, owner – 8 Wilton Drive, Centerville, Map/Parcel 208-056, 0.29 acre parcel, requesting a septic setback variance of 12 feet from the foundation to leaching pit to allow the setback of 8 feet in lieu of 20 feet. (Moved from Feb 27, 2024, meeting)

Patrick McDowell, PKM Contractors, representing James Hannoosh, owner – 35 Williams Path, West Barnstable, Map/Parcel 111-033, 1.08 acre parcel, requesting minor setback variance of leaching field to property line/right of way.

Mark Chasson, purchaser – 293 Riverview Lane, Centerville, Map/Parcel 228-188, 0.34 acre parcel, failed septic, in Phase One of sewer plan, requesting extension of deadline to repair until sewer is available.

Zavia Empey representing the Pop Up Main Street Cape Cod Event to be held at 278 Main Street, Hyannis, Map/Parcel 327-099, on Saturday, April 6, from 2-6 pm with a rain date of Sunday, April 7, at the same time. The menu will be: jerk chicken wings, jerk pork, steamed vegetables, potato salad, and bean stew. Currently, one vendor, Z Eats.

Nikki Hilton representing Everleigh Cape Cod – 265 Communication Way, Barnstable, Map/Parcel 314-044, requesting variance to allow opening pool without lifeguards, pool is four feet deep, and no children at pool.

Laura Rosenfield, owner – 30 Lake Shore Drive, Marstons Mills, Map/Parcel 030-127, 2.01 acres parcel, requesting a setback variance between the property line and manure storage and waste containment.
