They are proposing the installation of a Recirculating Sand Filter, or equivalent alternative technology, as required, along with pressure dosing of the leaching field. Property is in Zone II, permitted for 93 seats, Variance from Title V regulation, crossing property line and placing existing flow on separate adjacent vacant parcel/lot, design flow would remain at 3,255 gpd. No increase in design flow for the facility is being requested.
