Amend Annual Innholder All Alcohol Common Victualler An application has been filed by Hyannis LSOF Operating, LLC dba Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, 1225 Iyannough Road, Hyannis to amend the dba from Cape Codder Resort to Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod. The application also calls for an alteration of the licensed premises to include changes to the locations of beverage outlets as follows: Hearth and Kettle to be replaced by Land Shark, The Cru to be replaced by Joe Merchants, The Deck to be replaced by Land Shark Deck, The Gazebo to be replaced by Feeding Frenzy, Ballroom will stay a ballroom, and finally they will be adding a bar at the outdoor pool deck. Additionally, the number of guest rooms will be increased from 261 to 276.
