Zoning Amendment TC Item No. 2022-073 - Proposal is to amend Chapter 240 Zoning, Article III, Section 34 Floodplain District by repealing and replacing the existing zoning ordinance in order to comply with National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) requirements in accordance with the State’s Model Floodplain Bylaw. The purpose of the proposed zoning amendment includes but is not limited to defining the purpose of the Floodplain District, establishing the Building Commissioner as the official Floodplain Administrator for the Town and incorporation of definitions.
